Order & Payment & Delivery

If you would like to purchase our products, kindly fill up the order as follows:

Step 1: Email your order to us at galleria.us@gmail.com with the following information:

By placing an order with us, you hereby agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Step 2: Check your email for Order Confirmation.

An official Order Confirmation email will be sent to you with 2 days once we receive your order. You will then be prompted for payment.

Step 3: Proceed with payment and notify us of your payment details.

Please transfer payment to the following bank within 1 day upon receiving our Order Confirmation email and email us the transaction code of your payment.

Step 4: Wait for shipment to arrive.

Once order and payment are made, we will proceed to ship out your order and it will take about 2 weeks for the shipment to arrive (subject to custom clearance). You will be notified when the shipment has arrived in Singapore.

Step 5: Arrange for Delivery

You will be contacted via email for delivery arrangement. For delivery via registered mail, an email will be sent to notify you of the post. For courier delivery, we will contact you for details of delivery.

Please note that local registered mail is offered for small items like wallets, pouches, wristlets,etc. If the mode of delivery is not stated, delivery will be done either by registered mail or courier depending on the bulkiness of the item.

Meet up & Self-collection is also available at Admiralty/Commonwealth MRT. For other locations, please enquire with us and will try to arrange for a mutually convenient time and place to meet.
