Before making your purchase, please read the following purchase T&Cs with care.

1. Placing of Order

Please check your order thoroughly before sending in and at point of collection. We will not be held liable for any errors on the part of the buyer or merchant or for the cost of returns.

 

2. Amendments to Order

Amendments to order will be allowed as long as the initial order has not been purchased in US.  Once orders are placed and purchased in US, we regret that cancellation or amendment of orders will not be accepted.

 

3. Refund Policy

No cancellation of order once sale order is placed. A full refund will be given if:
- The prooduct becomes out-of-stock after payment is made.
- The bulk purchase/spree is cancelled.

 

4. Communication

 Updates will be done via e-mail. Please add galleria.us@gmail.com to your address book to ensure our messages are not filtered as spam

5. Product Liability

Items will be carefully inspected for quality and defects when they arrive at our US location. We will not be responsible if items is lost or damaged in transition. Please check your items at point of collection. We can only guarantee brand new condition and authenticity of up to the point of shipment in US.
